Start with ten clinical questions a month for nothing. Move up when the answers start paying for themselves. Every plan gives you the same graded, cited, fully traced reasoning, and on every plan the pharmacist stays the decision-maker.
For the questions that come up now and then, answered properly rather than guessed at.

your founding rate is held, from the day you start paying
Founding rates step up as the cohort fills. They never step up for anyone already inside it.
Ten clinical questions a calendar month, answered exactly the way a paid question is: graded by severity, with the sources named and the reasoning kept. Nothing is downgraded except the volume and how far back you can look: the free plan keeps your last 7 days of history, plus any 5 answers you save. Nothing is deleted, and your whole history comes back if you subscribe.
Ask Qiri is early, and the pharmacists joining now are carrying that risk with us, so they pay a founding rate. The rate you are quoted is held for twelve months from the day you start paying. Founding rates step up as the cohort fills, and they never step up for anyone already inside it.
No. You sign up with no card and your first month is free. You add a card inside the product during that month if you want to keep going. If you do not add one, nothing is charged and the account moves to the free plan.
Yes, from your account settings, with no lock-in contract. Cancel during your free month and you are never charged. Cancel while you are paying and you keep Ask Qiri to the end of the period you have paid for, then move to the free plan.
Per pharmacist. Ask Qiri is a personal clinical tool, so the license follows the pharmacist between sites. A pharmacy that wants its whole team covered, and wants dispensing with it, should register interest in the Pharmacy plan instead.
Qiri Console is live in Australian pharmacies today. Every new market needs its own regulatory and integration work before we open it, and we would rather say that plainly than take a deposit against a date. Register your interest and you will hear from us before we open, and pharmacies on that list go first.
Ask Qiri answers clinical questions for one pharmacist. The Pharmacy plan is the full Qiri Console: dispensing, safety screening before supply, patient records with a complete action trail, point of sale, stock control, consult booking and video consults, the Qiri patient app and Pulse retail insights, with Ask Qiri built into every screen. It is live in Australian pharmacies and not open in your market yet.
Ask Qiri is self-serve: a help center inside the product, best-effort email support at support@qiri.ai, and live service status at status.qiri.ai. Billing and account questions are answered within one business day. Committed clinical response times come with the Pharmacy plan and with Advanced Support on top of it.
No, on every plan. Qiri reasons, cites and grades; the pharmacist decides and stays accountable. Pharmacist oversight is a regulatory requirement, not a setting, so there is no plan that removes it.
Set up takes about two minutes, needs no card, and your first month is free. Ask it the question you had to look up twice last week.
